Marketing Request Form

The Marketing Request form must be submitted 2 weeks prior (partnering event, the Y is not hosting) or 8 weeks prior (Y hosted event) to the date the materials are needed. 


Producing anything with the YMCA logo must be submitted and approved by the marketing department prior to printing and distributing. 

Prizes are to be purchased and approved at the branch level. Please use the following approved websites when ordering promotional products:

Please note that all materials provided by the marketing department may be picked up one week prior to the event and must be returned within 72 hours of the event to the Marketing Department. 


Any damaged items will be replaced at the branches expense.
