To cancel a program for the current season, the YMCA must receive a Program Changes Form. If canceling before the program has started, a cancellation fee may apply and be withheld from the refund. If canceling after the program has begun and the participant has attended, you will be charged for the entire program fee. If the participant has not attended, a cancellation fee may apply and withheld from the refund.
Registration fees and deposits are non-refundable.
A programs team member will contact you via email to verify your cancellation or change. If you do not receive a notification within a week of submission, please contact the YMCA Customer Service Center, customerservice@ymcabr.org
