MOVEMENT MATTERS FORM

The movement/pedaling program is 60 minute movement program cycling/pedaling program based in research 

Format:  

Warm-Up: 10 minutes

Working Phase: 40 minutes at an increased RPM

Cool Down: and a 10 minute cool down.  


Rest breaks can be taken throughout the program as needed.  

The ultimate goal is to ride at 80 - 90 RPM over a 40 minute period.  This will be attained over time. 


Sessions are 8 weeks in length and meet two - three times/ week depending on location/session.  Each 8 week session is $10 for members and $60 for Program Participants.


There will be two levels of classes to accommodate participants' preferences.

Level 1: PD Pedalers (recumbent/stationary)

 Level 2: PD Cyclists (spin bikes).   


The goal of the program is the same.  To maintain mobility and health and to keep moving!


This information will not be required each time you register for a session.

We will contact you for payment options and we will send out the medical release based on your selected at the bottom of this form. 


ALL PAPERWORK MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE START DATE OF A SESSION TO BE FULLY REGISTERED.
