As an added benefit, members who purchase personal training are eligible for a 25% discount on the Initial Consult with our Registered Dietitian, Sarah Broekhoven. YMCA Nutritional Services

All personal training sessions are eligible to receive the discount: individual sessions, package sessions, Fired Up small group training etc. Connect with your Personal Trainer or Fired Up Coach for further details.

Member Individual Sessions Rates:

  • 30 minute sessions $38
  • 60 minute sessions $60

Member Package Rates (4 sessions):

  • 30 minute sessions $134
  • 60 minute sessions $220

Member Package Rates (8 sessions):

  • 30 minute sessions $240
  • 60 minute sessions $400

Assessment or Program Update:

  • $40

Fire Starter 

A Personal Training Package created specifically for new members. The package is $89 and includes: 

  • Three 30 minute training sessions 

Fit Path

Fit Path is for our new or newly returning members. Fit path is a benefit that is included in your membership. 

Fit Path is:

  • One-on-one visits with a Wellness Coach
  • Three visits within 30 days.  Each visit can be anywhere from 20 minutes to 1-hour; depending on what you need from us.
  • Personalized Programming
We provide this by creating a plan based on your preferred activities as well as your short-term goals.  The goal of Fit Path is to jump-start your progress and get you moving in the right direction.  

We provide this for the athlete who needs cross-training, the injured who needs to re-mobilize, or the person taking the first steps toward a healthy lifestyle. 

We provide this because, your success is our gratification.
