Dietitian Program Offerings:

Individual Consultation

Meet with our registered dietitian to receive personalized nutrition requirements, a suggested meal plan according to those needs, guidance on implementing healthier eating habits, and realistic goal setting to promote success in your nutritional journey. Our registered dietitian is also available for disease-specific counseling (i.e. Diabetes, High Cholesterol, High Blood Pressure, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Allergies, etc.). In-person and virtual options available.

60 Minute Initial Session

$60 - 1 Session

The initial consultation is for members who are meeting with Sarah, the Y's dietitian, for the first time. In this session, you and Sarah will get to know each other by discussing your medical history, physical activity, current diet, eating patterns, and food preferences. Sarah will use this information to assess your nutritional status, listen to concerns you may have, and provide recommendations. You and Sarah will then work together to create achievable and realistic goals. Sarah will also provide recipes, healthy tips, meal ideas, or other educational handouts to set you up for success to reach your goals!

30 Minute Follow-up Session

$38 - 1 Session

The follow-up consultation is for members who have previously met with Sarah, the Y's dietitian. In this session, you and Sarah will revisit the goals set in your previous consultation and identify any barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals. Sarah will also help you update your goals and set new ones once current goals have been completed! Follow-ups are a great time to address any questions that arise after your previous consultation and function as great accountability check-ins to promote progress. The number of follow-up sessions a person needs is completely individualized, so you and Sarah will work together to determine how many sessions you will need to reach your goals!
