STRONG SWIMMERS
CONFIDENT KIDS

All ages -from infants to seniors- can learn how to swim. The Y offers a multi-level swim lessons program that accommodates varying abilities to help foster a sense of achievement as swimmers progress between levels. Through this approach, advanced swimmers flow more easily to higher levels while swimmers who need more instruction can learn at their own pace.  ANNUAL CELEBRATION
AND VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION

For more than 100 years, the YMCA of the Capital Area has been committed to making us - as individuals and a community - better. Thanks to you, the YMCA of the Capital Area is able to transform lives everyday. With your generous support, we are able to help those families throughout our communities who depend on the Y to remove income as a barrier to opportunity for their children. We are proud to provide everyone with the opportunity to be healthy and thrive, to connect with others and to contribute to a better community. On Tuesday, May 22, the YMCA of the Capital Area held its Annual Celebration and Volunteer Recognition honoring the many individuals who have helped the Y serve the needs of the community.
