As the website Eat Right states, “Whether it’s starting the day off right with a healthy breakfast or fueling before an athletic event, the foods you choose can make a difference.” March is National Nutrition Month and this month’s theme is “Go Further with Food.” Adopt a better lifestyle for your body this month. For example, set aside time on a Sunday to prepare healthy meals for the rest of the week.
