Get Back to Class

The kids are back in school, so it’s your turn to get back to class! With more than 300 group exercise classes at the Y, there are a variety of workouts to help you become a heathier you! 

Many times people struggle with trying to decide what workout to do, group exercise classes take the guesswork out of your workout. Let the instructor motivate you to dig deeper and work harder to get through your workout. In additon to enouraging you, the instructor is there to demonstrate the proper form and coach you through each segment of the workout. Proper form is important for your muscles to reap the most benefit from the exercises and also helps to elminate potential injuries.

Partcipating in group exercise classes also gives you the opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals who you can create life-long friendships with. 

The best part about group exercise classes is that they are fun! Combine the music, the instructor and the people who attend and your workout becomes something you enjoy!
