GET FIT SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Get Fit is a great way to train with a personal trainer, while you're working out with your buddies or your workout community.  The group meets 3 days per week; 2 days are led by a trainer and 1 day is an individual workout utilizing a plan created by your trainer.  

Sessions are different every day!  They include H.I.I.T, functional fitness, as well as weights, bodyweight training and cardio.  

Have no fear, you will never get bored!

Mondays & Wednesday*  5:00 am
Tuesdays & Thursdays*   9:00 am
