All participants will play equal amounts of time during the games and will have the opportunity to play at all different positions throughout the season.
YMCA Baseball offers a non-competitive environment for children so they can have the opportunity to be successful while learning the game. Sportsmanship and fun are emphasized in this league. Participants are placed on teams and will have an hour of practice during the week as well as one hour games. The Y will provide team T-shirts and hats. A good pair of athletic shoes or cleats and baseball glove are required. Baseball pants and safety cup are required for ages 8 and up.
